All client services require a credit card to be put on file to hold the appointment slot. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment with less than 24hr notice will result in the fee of $25 Failure to communicate and/or not show up will result in no future booking options or a rescheduling fee of $75 that must be paid prior to booking any appointments. All fees MUST be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments. Project Artistry does have a 15 minute grace period. But please be advised anything later than 15mins will result in rescheduling and a rescheduling fee In the event of an unsatisfactory service, a redo can be requested NO later than 5 days of original appointment. However be advised that if the redo request is an entirely new service than original consultation then additional costs will apply. There will be no refunds on ANY services rendered Understand this policy is firm and non negotiable and by booking with Project Artistry LLC. you are agreeing to those terms and giving Project Artistry LLC. authorization to charge your card on file in the event of an elapsed cancellation.
